How can I impove de-cap time (especially short de-cap time) of solvent based ink in inkjet application ?

Dear anyone,

I used additive for decreasing the evaporation rate of ink, but it just reached beautiful quality after 1 - 2 minutes while my own apllication need to be well at short time.

Please help me !
