I want to remove the Clampex Analog OUT channels that I am not using but I cannot find any way to do so. As you can see from the images, preview of the waveform shows all the signals available (note: only the one I use has a physical digitizer-to-amplifier connection).

I do not remember very well, but right click > hide signal is the way to do in clampex. Also, if you open the drop-down menu, you should able to remove the channel.
In “Acquire”, then“Edit Protocol”, right click does not appear to work.
However, in “Edit Protocol” “Waveform” “Update Preview”, the right click does work properly by “hiding” analog output.
Both gentlemen are correct. Go to the graph itself and right click on it, a drop menu appears from which you can choose hide signal. Try to save your protocol at the end so that you don’t have to do it again next time you re-open your protoco.
Even easier, right-click on the _desired_ output signal and select Maximize Signal. Unfortunately, the Waveform Preview does not remember that selection, nor any scaling you applied. Used to drive me nuts...
Yes, it indeed can not "save" the selection. It is a little bit annoying. One way to avoid is to us "BIG" monitor for better visulization. It is hoped to modify the program in the following version of pCLAMP.
