this without put the mouse tail in water at 49 °c, because in our house animal facilities we havn't a spot of water ??? I also slooking a technique other than the lamp that could bias my results from animal's temperature taken

We always used condoms filled with hot (40 C) water. Bring the filled condom from your lab
Hi Lydia...you seem to have a problem there. There are many ways if doing this. Two of the methods are already known to you. its just common sense..Your requirement is heating the tail...so you can use the general heating blanket used for maintaining the body temp of the animal. adjust the temp to your requirement and wrap it around d the tail of the animal. It may take a while but it works. other solution is bringing boiling water in a thermos to the animal house and diluting it with cold water to the temperature that you require and use it for heating the tail....hope my answer helped you.

You can use commercially available re-usable "Hot Button- hot pack" that instantly becomes hot once the button inside the pack is activated. The pack remains hot for at least 30 minutes. They are available in different sizes. For mouse tail heating, we used to obtain small size pads.
Tail heating provides only a modest benefit if the ambient temperature of the lab is in the normal range (~22C), and if you work with pigmented mice (such as all black 6-based strains). If your planned injection volume is below 150 microliters and if you can anesthetize the mice(!), then I recommend you to try retro-orbital venous injection (requires a 30G hypodermic syringe e.g. BD Micro Fine 0.3ml or similar). It is easier to learn and has a substantially higher success rate, especially for small (20g and below) mice.
