I am simulating a pneumatic actuator that has a spiral to get a torsion movement. I am using hyperelastic materials. I have tried to use shell elements, but I can´t mesh the assembly. Any suggestions on how to get the torsion angles for the assembly?

Define a cylindrical system where you want to measure the angles, then you can calculate the angle as atan(U2 / COORD1), where U2 is the tangential displacement in the cylindrical system and COORD1 is the coordinates output, 1 is the radial component in the cylindrical coordinate system (not a default output, you need to add it). Consider how large are the deformations to make sure the results you get this way are valid. If not (huge deformations, bent axes, many revolutions, etc) you probably need to define a measurement node/element and constrain it's rotation to the part you want to measure.
