I want to forecast future temperature change by considering climate change scenarios. In that case I want to use Artificial Neural Network. I am going to use anthropogenic factors as inputs. My question is how can I get the future data for those inputs?? I will not use any GCM or RCM.

Anthropogenic factors, for example I want to use global concentration of Carbon dioxide, aerosol, global temperature anomalies, emission of sulphate. how can I get the future data for forecasting
You can run the model considering 3 scenarios: low, medium and high. In each scenario you choose a growth rate for each input regarding its growth rate in the past. For example if the growth rate of a factor has been 15%, you can run the model with growth rate of 10%, 15% and 20%. Moreover, you can predict each input by different methods.
