Dear Respected Researchers,
I am going to use Latitude and Longitude of location as inputs for precipitation forecasting. I have normalized the other input variables between 0-1. I want to know that should I normalize the latitude and longitude by using the same process? Or I need to do something else as those are geo-parameters?

You need to normalize them in the same range. It helps gradient decent to converge more quickly.
