Best option is to discard the contaminated reagents. UV exposure is effective for equipment not reagents

Dear Imane, alternatively you can use DNA decontamination reagent to clean labware and cabinet. To use new solutions, dNTP and Taq polymerase is adeviced. The reagent is available in Sigma.

43944 SIGMA-DNA decontamination reagent for removal of DNA and DNase on lab equipment.
