It means the highlighted elements are too skewed for Abaqus to ensure a good result.

Try changing the mesh seeds, usually you need to make the mesh finer. Or change the meshing algorithm, from structured/mapped to free.

You can create additional partitions around the region causing the error. Also visually check your seeds there. The distances between seeds in a neighborhood should be reasonably homogeneous.
