I want to publish my papers in ISI cited journal without paying publication charge. How can I get this electrical engineering journal list? Can anyone help me?

to download a pdf version of their complete list of all journals
For IET journals they are free to publish but you should follow the rule of paper length. For almost IEEE Transactions, as long as your paper is less than 8 pages, it is free. I am not sure but with IEEE Transaction on Magnetic, the rule 8 pages does not apply and you are free with your paper length (please any person confirm that).

are medium journals which are free of cost .The publishing in waset journal is easy compared to jee.ro. These are having good science index factor!
High level journals like IEEE, Elseiver etc are also free. But standards are very high.

If you would like to publish a high level quality paper in power system engineering, you should not be concern about their charge because IEEE, IET, and EPSR journals are free.
