How can I generation a continues sound between (20-20khz) frequency rang in a user friendly way?

I tried to generate a sound from 20-20kHz in a continues manner but the sound is so disturbing and irritating. I need some suggestion to generate the sound in the same pattern but in a user-friendly way such that a user could easily tolerate the sound .

Need sincere suggestion from signal and system community!

Probably you used rectangle waves. Try sinuses. Borrow a signal generator from a lab. Search for sine wave shaper. It is a circuit based on adding the nonlinear characteristics of diodes.
