How to generate n number of grains (cell) using voronoi tessellation where all grain distribution is poission distribution in nature and the orientation of the grains in the boundary region must be symmetric(periodic boundary) around the boundary. Can any body please share your opinion?
I am not sure if I understand correctly your question. You have a set of points in a 2D or 3D space distributed with a Poisson distribution. The boundary regions should be symmetric, do you mean that you have periodic boundary conditions?
If so I would suggest to use the software Voro++. This package allow you to build a Voronoi tessellation for any distribution of points in the space with or without periodic boundary condition.

If you are talking about reflection symmetry (not periodic structures), then it would be necessary to create six copies of each seed point using the six boundary planes of your volume to be tessellated as mirror planes.
The Düsseldorf Advanced Material Simulation Kit (http://damask.mpie.de) features some preprocessing (Python) scripts that deal with multiple ways of tessellating space based on given (or randomly placed) seed points.
Yes Voro++ does the trick. Additionally you must also consider periodic meshing e.g. with gmsh if you want to actually do some FE calculations.
