Are grains show capacitive behaviour and grain boundaries show inductive behaviour in Nyquist Plot?

I have drawn Nyquist Plot for my sample. The fitting equivalent circuit is shown in attached figure. From that i find that grains show capacitive behaviour and grain boundary show inductive behaviour. Can you explain me the exact reason behind this?
