I want to model contact of plate and semi sphere. I attach my result. The job is successfully run; however; my plate is penetrated to my sphere. How can i fix this problem?

It is something to do with your contact definition. Abaqus did not recognise that actually, that is whey it is penetrating!
I denfine master and slave for my model. I use surface to surface, finite sliding, frictionless, hard contact and augment lagrangian. I refined my mesh too.
You have a relative interpenetration that is normal, especially if you used penalized contact with a tuned stiffness.
This relative displacement is mangnified by the scale factor you are using.
For a static response you should use a scale factor of 1.
