How can I find the "Strain to refractive index influence factor", when a strain is subjected to the Fibre bragg Gratings (FBGs)?

The wavelength of a grating depends on the effective RI and the periodicity of the Gratings. Further, the periodicity and the effective refractive index of a grating solely depends on the applied strain on that grating.

How can I find the strain to refractive index factor?

A set of equations have been attached herewith as a reference.

The yellow highlighted part is all about the strain to refractive index factor.
