I am working with regulator of calcineurin, and need to design primers for qPCR of isoform four. I can find papers published about the isoform, but cannot find a sequence specific to this isoform in ncbi or ucsc. Does anyone know of programs or sites that can retrieve sequences of specific splice variants of a gene?
