Hello, I am working on rice, and I want to confirm the expression of the identified gene through western blotting. I have a question that how can I identify the primary antibody for western blotting of this protein?
This depends on how you identified your gene of interest on the first place. If it was through PCR, BLAST your primers and see which gene it corresponds to (based on the size of the product).

When you have the name of the gene, just look for specific antibodies from various vendors. You can normally specify your intended application, so look for antibodies for WB or Westernblot.
