I'm working in the field of graphene Nano composite as electrode materials for supercapacitor, but until now I didn't obtained sufficient power density by this electrode (graphene nanocomposite), so I want anyone tell me which are appropriate parameters that may be affecting the power density of supercapacitor, in order to optimize these parameters.

I highly agree with Yury's answer. Additionally, the electrode thickness might be a dominant parameter. Basically, the thinner the electrode is, the higher the power density can be obtained. However, it's a trade-off for the energy density of the whole device. Another important aspect is the wettability of graphene materials by electrolyte. Contact angle could be measured to evaluate this effect.
