I think you can simply do a search vs Protein Data Bank by primary sequence. 3D structure is usually very, very conserved even in distant homologous proteins if sequence is similar.

i thimk if you have the FASTA seqence, then you can try BLAST against the PDB .....

If you have more than 1 sequence you can try a hmmer search vs PDB and restrict the seach to bacteria.
