I am using MODIS MCD14DL active fire data (https://firms.modaps.eosdis.nasa.gov/download/)to monitor fire distribution in my area of interest.
I would like to exclude for each selected hotspot surrounding active fires within a 1.5 km buffer zone (spatial) and having less than 3 days (temporal) between them.
You have to just take all 3 days data and write a function which mentions that if the fire point is active in all the data then consider it otherwise leave it. And then create buffer around the active fire location
Pragati Singh wow It would be a difficult and time-consuming task to filter like that. I have a 19-year daily dataset
You can use Google Earth Engine to get your results there you can easily filter it
