I would like to find a simple method for the potassium bitartate extraction from wine.

Dear Mihail,

I don't actually know your objectives and choice of an extraction method solely depends upon objectives and extent of purification you want to go.

Still you can induce crystallization particularly under reduced temperatures to remove KHT, filter via cheesecloth or go ahead towards electrodialysis or reverse osmosis
