Try PAST software. It's free to download and the EDMA function provides distances between landmarks. The old version has this function, but the new software hasn't got it yet.

Melanie Baker Thank you so much, I have done it with PAST v. 2.17. If you can help me at one point I am confused about if you have experience of morphometrics with PAST. Actually I am using PAST software to apply on morphometrics of fish. Can you please tell me can I remove size effect using PAST as there is option present "remove size from distances" with ''allometric vs standard" which as based on Elliott, 1995 formula. But the confusion is that as Elliott formula is based on standard length, while PAST doesn't ask to feed standard length given in data and directly modify the values.

So, here what should I do? Place standard length at first column? or anything else.

Hi! I'm very new to using PAST myself and I've only been using it for about 2 weeks. Using a procustes transformation rotates, translates and scales shapes onto one another. This may help. From what I've read it removes sizes as it scales every shape to be as similar as possible. Muhammad Abrar Yousaf
