Plot your results in two different bar graphs, with one bar graph comparing the mean +/- SEM cell density for CTL vs. Drug, and the other graph comparing the mean +/- SEM nucleus area for CTL vs Drug. There are 4 separate images for the CTL condition and 4 separate images for the Drug condition, and the images were all obtained from independent samples and are not paired (this information will help you choose the appropriate statistical test). Include a representative DAPI image of your CTL group and a representative DAPI image of your Drug group, as well as two separate bar graphs in your multi-panel figure. Indicate any statistically significant (p < 0.05) result using an asterisk (*). Don’t forget to add scale bars to your images!
