To enhance the performance of ZnO-CuO bulk Heterojunction solar cell, Silicon nanoparticles (Si-NPs) prepared from extracted c-Si from Padma river sand using alumino thermic reduction were used. It is experimentally confirmed that the optical and photovoltaic performance of Spin coated bulk ZnO_CuO is enhanced by using Si-NPs. Here, prepared Si-NPs was dispersed first in 2-propanol and then this 2-propanol with Si-NPs was used for one pot synthesis of bulk ZnO-CuO. Thereafter, the bulk ZnO-CuO with Si-NPs heterojunction was fabricated using spin coating technique. Now need to know about bonding formed in such condition and physical explanation why and how cell performance was enhanced.
