from 40 to 50 µg/ml of tested concentration of sample, I have a dramatical decrease of PARP. how can I explain that?
The detection limit of your antibody?
Is PARP measured in constant temperature??
@Paola: I didn't understand your question
@Islam: yes, in the same conditions.
You should keep the mind in binding affinities with measuring solvents. when stable, only then measurement should perform.
thanks for your answer. everything is stable, but i always find such result and i just need to find an explanation for that. why a dramatic decrease when there is not a great difference between 40 and 50 µg/ml of tested sample.
cytotoxicity of tested sample is more obvious at 48h
