How can I eliminate half of an hour glass plasma shape?

In our study, we want to use DC Magnetron Sputtering to deposit silicon on silver. But the plasma shape is like half of an hourglass. We tried the same procedure on copper and titanium again, but it is still in the same shape. How can we eliminate this?
