How can I do stock culture of Streptococcus pneumoniae

I have been cultured Streptococcus pneumoniae in blood agar plate. From this I want to make stock. How can i do this? I just want to know the exact combinations of the ingredients. here I like to mention that I am able to make broth using BHI media along with 5% FBS. Now from this broth can i make stock just by adding 80% glycerol?
