are the basis of the Novex commercial gels apparently. There are two choices of running buffer giving separation of either very large or small proteins. The MOPS option combined with a low % gel should allow you to resolve those sizes.

Pulsed field gel electrophoresis has also been used for the separation of high molecular weight proteins. It provides better resolution of high molecular weight proteins from each other.

You can use 8 percent gel for high molecular weight protein.
