Ahmed, these authors made a Lecithin-agar medium by autoclaving a water soluble fraction of crude lecithin. For any sensitive organics, you can make small quantities and carefully add them to post-autoclaved media by filter sterilizing them with syringe filters if you have access to them.
Glycerophosphates are organic P-sources frequently in media formulations as substitutes of inorganic phosphates when these may interact with cations forming undesirable precipitates giving a turbid/cloudy aspect to the media. Glycero-P are very soluble in water. If you can have some, I'd go for it.
