How can I dissociate collagen (scaffold) from cancer stem cells at the end of a culture?

I want to treat a special peptide (which has anti cancer stem cell's effect) with cancer stem cells, but collagen scaffold has interference with that peptide. How can I dissociate cancer spheroid from collagen scaffold and have a pure cancer stem cell? Is there any special material?

You can also trypsinise and detach cells from scaffold.
