I have created ZnO cluster in GaussView by increasing the lattice parameters in all three dimensions with total number of atoms as 32. Is it possible to know the size of this cluster from the total number of atoms?
https://books.google.co.in/books?id=bILdBwAAQBAJ&pg=PA500&lpg=PA500&dq=determination+of+cluster+size+from+no.+of+atoms&source=bl&ots=cnfD32XFT5&sig=HCV2a76KHENYwtKoBXGIOjD0lEk&hl=en&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjFyuPhn8LLAhUCApoKHTxLB8sQ6AEIJTAB#v=onepage&q=determination%20of%20cluster%20size%20from%20no.%20of%20atoms&f=false
there is one chapter in this book on determination of cluster size.
Hope this will help you.
