As you see in the enclosed image there are two values for material size named FSSS and Particle Size. In terms of sieve gap during the granulation process , which one do I have to evaluate? I know what d values mean for particle size but I don’t know why there are 3 values for FSSS?

OMG specifies the powder particle size in FSSS (Fisher subsieve sizer) and the particle size measured with laser diffraction. For laser diffraction a common approach is to define the particle size distribution by D10, D50, and D90.
D50, the median is defined as the particle diameter where half of the population lies below this value. Similarly, 90 percent of the distribution lies below the D90, and 10 percent of the population lies below the D10.
As the principles of measurement are different for FSSS and laser diffraction (laser diffraction analysis is based on the Fraunhofer diffraction theory; FSSS is based on the air-permeability) the values differ to a high extent.
