I want to use a ten lump FCC kinetic model to predict product yields into FCC riser. I know I should to define it as an UDF and lock it into Fluent, but I don't know how to write that UDF. Any advice is very welcome.
If you already have a 10 lump kinetic model algorithm you probably need to reprogram it in C to add it as a UDF. I am not a C programmer so I probably can't help much with that.
If you have not yet developed the 10 Lump kinetic model I can probably help you with that as well. Do you have some data that you want to use or some information from a particular data source?. Most models use Cat to Oil (C/O), Riser top temperature and various types catalyst activity as tuning factors to calculate 430 F plus conversion. Products are usually Slurry Oil, Heavy Cycle Oil, Light Cycle Oil, Heavy Cat Naphtha. Light Cat Naphtha, C4 minus and of course "coke" that is burned in the regenerator. Is that consistent with your approach?
