I'm using a slow motion video recorded using an iPhone 7+ to track something but would like to avoid recording a chronometer to know the time the process is taking. I need to measure about 10 seconds with an uncertainty of at most 0.1 s... Is this possible by just counting 2400 frames of my homemade video?

I used Tracker to count the frames of a short externally timed video. The stated accuracy of 240 FPS was pretty well below my measurement uncertainty.
However, individual frame duration may fluctuate along with the video. Sometimes the difference is greater than 20%.
In other sites, people suggested that it is possible to access the metadata of the video in which the duration of each frame is given. If tracker noticed that some frames are 20% longer than others, I have no doubt that this is indeed possible. The uncertainty smaller than +-1 FPS for a 10 seconds video fulfilled pretty well my requirements so I did not try further.
if you can start a stopwatch and include that in the frame of the slomo video you can get a pretty decent approximation of the time.
