Hi Dimesh? You must evaluate which methods suits better your research objective? The objective of your research is to validate a theory, then use CB-SEM. If the objective of your research is to predict the endogenous construct or it is an exploratory research, then use PLS-SEM. Are the constructs defined as composites or as common factors. In the first case, the method to use is PLS-SEM, in the second CB-SEM. You also must take into account that CB-SEM has higher restrictions in terms of data distribution and sample size.
