i need to use NCBI for many purposes, but i have a little experience in using it....i need information about some genes, i want to design primer, i want to use the blast tool... i want to do many thing.........i need a helper to help me .......i want an online course or guide for doing such these things...... i want to track this field but i don,t know the start point

The information from NCBI website is easily accessible. On the NCBI website home page, you will see a drop-down bar where you can enter your field of interest. For example, if you want information on a gene, select gene from that drop-down bar and enter the gene name beside it and enter again. If you want information on a mRNA, select nucleotide; if you want to retrieve a reasearch article, select Pubmed. Primers can be designed from Primer BLAST (just type it in google); it designs and blasts you primer sequence at the same time. You can aslo otherwise use the NCBI BLAST tool avaialaible online. Just tamper around a little bit and you will soon discover a lot of important stuff yourself.

You can watch many online tutorials on youtube. About primer design and other jobs on NCBI you may need to know some basics. So I suggest you to read a beginner bioinformatics book. After learning bioinformatics (basics) you know enough to use different database like NCBI.
