I'm a simulating a solar cell which includes the material GaAsP. The .nk file of GaAsP is not available in the sopra database..if i have the n,k data of this material can anyone tell me how can i create the .nk file?

You just have to put them in text file in three columns, first column is the wavelength in micro, the second one is n and the third one is k. You must put the number of lines of data in the first line. Then name it whatever you want, then in matetial statement you put index.file= "the name of your file".
