after importing geometry file (I tried with parasolid, iges, iam, stp), the structure is imported in 5 bodies separately with contacts. but it can be see that exists some separations that DM shows. then when I try to mesh, there is no conformal association between nodes and meshing.

When you import several bodies ANSYS adds them as "frozen" meaning that they cannot interact. Thus, they are connected by contacts automatically.
Of you treat them as one body without contacts, you can select all volumes in the DM, press right mouse button and click "form new part". The result are 5 bodies which can be treated individually (Mesh size, Material...) but are connected by the mesh and not by contacts.
Note: If you have small gaps between the bodies, this option does not work. You have to close the gaps. If the bodies intersect, you have to cut them. Otherwise the intersection can be treated as new body.

Have you tried performing Boolean operations? In DesignModeler it is: create > booleans > unite.
