I'm working on an Evaporation Problem of a Thin Film Flow. My mathematical model consists of coupled PDEs where Interfacial Boundary Conditions are coupled with the solution of Transport Equations. To be specific, Interfacial Heat Balance is coupled with the solution of Species Transport Equation. I would like to know if this kind of a problem can be solved through UDFs on FLUENT. If Yes, how to provide that kind of a boundary condition as a UDF.
Can be coupled with FLUENT as an external routine solver. Refer the FLUENT manual that will give you guideline to couple the external subroutine that must generate the same format as required by the FLUENT.

I'm Presently working on a two-phase flow problem where I need to track the interface of these liquids. Hence I'm using VOF model which is more feasible.
Now I have the momentum eqns, energy eqn and species transport eqn, for both the phases.
The pressure difference term for the momentum eqn is not the same as FLUENT default. So I provide it as a Source term. But this source term consists of the variation of liquid thickness whose profile is not known for me. But I know that this liquid film thickness varies as a function of temperature and pressure condition at the interface and I have equations of it.
Now, how do I provide these kinds of condition as an UDF? Secondly, I'm trying to understand the SYNTAX of THREAD_STORAGE MACRO but nothing is given in accordance with that. Can you please help me with that as well?
