OD and NTU are two different units, that can be measured through a spectrophotometer and Bioreactor (integrated with turbidity sensor) respectively. Because of the difference in units, the results cannot be compared. Does anyone help me if there is a formula for converting OD into NTU or vice versa?

Mina is right. Depending on the equipment you use (photometer, nephelometer, cuvette type, etc.) you will find different correlations between these units. We regularly determine correlation factors between OD and dry cell weight by measuring OD and cell dry mass on samples taken from the same cultivation. We do this for every new microbe/mutant strain that comes to our lab.
