How can I convert (dilution) Carbon Monoxide Gas 500 ppm, N2 balance to 50ppm, N2 balance?

I have a cylinder with Carbon Monoxide Gas 500 ppm, N2 balance, 130 bar specifications.
I want to make a cylinder with carbon Monoxide Gas 10, 50, 100, 200, 300 ppm, N2 balance, 0.5L specifications.

For the following procedure a pyrex glass vacuum line, equipped with a pressure measuring device and a vacuum pump, is required. A pure N2 cylinder is also required. The exhaust of the pump has to be connected
to a CO absorbing device.
As an example, to dilute the mixture to ca. a factor of 10, two spherical volumetric flasks one 0.5L and another 5L, should be connected to the vacuum line.
At constant temperature, you may transfer the original mixture into the flask of a 0.5 L volume, control the pressure up to 1 bar, then close the valve on the flask. Evacuate the line, open the valves of both bottles and measure the pressure (P1).
Then close both valves, evacuate the system and connect the pure N2 to the line up to 1 bar, open the 5L flask, letting the N2 enter up to approximately 1 bar and measure the pressure (P2). Then calculate the concentration as 500 ppm (P1/P2).
When working with CO, special care must be taken for safety reasons!
Correction:
At constant temperature, you may transfer the original mixture into the flask of a 0.5 L volume, control the pressure up to 0.1 bar, then close the valve on the flask. Evacuate the line, open the valves of both bottles and measure the pressure (P1).
