Molecular identification of number of bacteria in saliva by RT-PCR

RT-PCR gave us Quantification Cycle only (Cq) but we the number of bacteria present in saliva.

we need the formula that convert cq to number or level of bacteria.

There is no way to convert Cq to number of gene copies. You need a reference gene with known copy number (e.g. GAPHD).
