I'm supposed to conduct experimentation on domestic refrigeration system so I've to vary these Evaporator and condenser pressure as variable parameter. Therefor i want to ask how to do that.

You can do it simply by electronic expansion valve with manually changing power input of variable speed compressor.
it depends on what parameter do you want to keep it constant like load of refregration or motor power input
Dear Majid. Thanks for your input but I'm bit confused about this. If i change the speed of compressor manually using variable frequency drive, would it change refrigerant flowrate or evaporator pressure as you have mentioned. or both maybe.

The compressor has performance diagram showing variations of Flow rate and discharge pressure and etc. The pressure drop of circut is related to the flow rate and expansion valve settings. You should estimate it and fit the performance by changing their settings
