I have Raman spectra of two cell lines; the PC3 and PNT1A. Data has been collected in different days. The data has been denoised, smoothed and baseline- corrected followed by normalization from 0-1. I have read (in papers) how similarly shaped Raman spectra are compared in terms of intensities for biochemical composition analysis. The two spectra i have obtained, seem to be off scaled in y-axis relative to each other. How then do i compare intensities at a particular Raman peak?
