I am wondering if there is a way to change the tolerance of Abaqus .

Which tolerance do you want to change? The solution tolerance for residual errors? That can be done using *controls, parameter=field
but this is a bit dangerous because it may get Abaqus to accept an unconverged solution. Only do it if you know exactly what you are doing. (There are cases where it is actually necessary, e.g. in a large structure with a very small region where forces are significant and with very high nonlinearity.)

Increasing teh tolerance should be easy, you may have to change the time incrementation controls as well to allow more equilibrium iterations.
