How can I change solubility of protein from alkaline to acidic pH by structural mutations in protein?

I have a protein which is soluble in alkaline pH (pH 9-10), I want to change the solubility of protein from alkaline to acidic pH (pH 4.5-5.5) by mutating (or changing) amino acid residues. I want to do this without changing the activity of protein. Is this possible? Please suggest me the ways to do this.
