I tried to centrifugate in an eppendorf tube, 30 min, 9000 xg, but the pellet sticks to plastic tube and the GUVs stick together (seen under microscope). They also stick to pipet tips. Should I use different tubes and pipet tips?
You can reduce the adhesion of your vesicles to the plastic materials by using silanized tubes and tips. Silanized tubes and tips can be bought from a variety of suppliers or you can silanize them yourself (takes about 24 hours).
The adhesion of the vesicles among themselves is caused by the pelleting / centrifugation. Difficult to avoid, if you need to pellet / concentrate your sample.
