It is very easy. You may go through the USEPA PMF userguide. All require steps are written there. OR you may consult any publication based on PMF. You can also see one of our (group's) publication: Saxena et al., 2014, Atmospheric Pollution Research.

Respected Dr. Sharma sir, There are two methods given in the user manual.

1. Observation Based Uncertainty

2. Equations Based Uncertainty.

I would like to know which is most suitable and in what conditions they have to be applied? I will read the paper by Saxena et al. 2014 and then contact you.
