Do you mean the effective mode area? Just export the electric field from COMSOL to a file and integrate it over x and y in any package that works with tables (matlab, python etc). Repeat for other wavelengths.

Two methods:

1) Geometry -> Measure

2) surface integrate on 1, one will get the area of this surface.
