I added data of jaipur. Will you please write the code/program for that. Here, I would like to calculate sen's slope value and I already calculated summary of statistics but, this one (slope estimator) problem.

I am not able to show the formula for Mann-Kendall or for the Sen's slope estimator. I have used a R-package names zyp (see documentation) for the Sen slope estimator. You can review this thread about using R for how to use Mann-Kendal test in R.
I actually stop using MS Excel almost completely, for it has zero statistical capabilities, in a sense that in order to perform a shapiro-wilk's test one should download an add-on that costs apporx~ 200 US $. I recommend to use R, an open-source, free, easy-to-use, and diverse software. Additionally, it has a growing user community, who support and help other users. USE R!
