I assume that you ask about the AVERAGE Nusselt number,
1- When the COMSOL run complete, go to the (Results) then, Derived Values. Right click on Derived values, then select the proper choice according to your problem, 2D or 3D.
2- Then, write (or paste) the your relation of Nusselt number in the "Expression", in the same time you must click on the wall you want to evaluate the Nusselt number.
3- Then click "Evaluate" to get the result in a table underneath.
